Mr. Perez is one of the original founders of VisualPoint and has played a pivotal role in its success.  In addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Perez currently leads the firm’s ServiceNow practice and supports one of the firm’s longest running client relationships at the U.S. Department of Education.  As the Client Relationship Manager at the Department, Mr. Perez has overseen a number of high-profile project successes including the implementation of ServiceNow for the Facilities Services Division under the Office of Finance and Operations.  This engagement included the rollout of core ServiceNow applications for ITSM, ITBM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Performance Analytics (PA), as well as custom applications for Lease Management and Facilities Reservations Management.

Mr. Perez is a proud graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Technology with a concentration in Decision Support Systems.  Mr. Perez is a certified Project Management Professional and ServiceNow certified Administrator.

Having co-founded the firm with Mr. Perez, Mr. Jorgensen has led numerous key engagements and is integral to the Company’s ongoing success.  Mr. Jorgensen currently supports the U.S. Department of Agriculture, operating as a Solutions Engineer for their Enterprise datacenter.  His primary focus is supporting the Robotics Process Automation environment leveraging UiPath’s High Availability solution.  In this capacity he assisted in building and now maintaining the most complex, redundant, scalable solution UiPath offers.  Truly an enterprise implementation, the environment is multi-tenant, consumed by nearly all agencies within USDA.

Beyond his work supporting USDA, he ensures that excellence in customer service remains a priority for all staff.  Prior to VisualPoint, Mr. Jorgensen realized numerous professional successes in the Biotech industry.  Mr. Jorgensen headed the two-dimensional electrophoresis laboratory at Large Scale Biology Corporation which conducted valuable research into areas including cancer and mental disorders.  He later provided information technology solutions for the Department of Energy, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Department of Education, and now the Department of Agriculture.

Mr. Jorgensen earned his Master of Science in Biotech Research from the John’s Hopkins University and his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Mary’s Honors College of Maryland.  Mr. Jorgensen is a certified Project Management Professional, Amazon Certified Solutions Architect, and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Administrator.
